LG Offers 10 New Smartphones In 2009

The smartphone market isn’t exactly the kingdom of LG, whose handsets often bring style before utility, but a report from Korean Telecoms announces, that LG may be absolutely changing its status for 2009.

It sounds like that LG has become conscious and it has begun making great smartphones of its own if it desires to keep its market status. From Telecoms Korea’s information, industry marketers have observed that, “LG mobile phones made great pace in hardware but have been puny in smartphones, which needs classy software. The main concern should be focused on software than producing attractive phones like Prada and Viewty.”

It is reported that LG intends to launch more than 10 new smartphones in 2009 and that at any rate one of them has been validated to be running on Windows Mobile. Topping the list of smart phones is the LG Incite, supported by Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional, Microsoft Office Mobile and Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5 the mobile is Wi-Fi Enabled and features a glossy smart design.

Specs also include acrystal-clear 3-inch touch screen with vibration feedback and a 3.0 megapixel camera and camcorder.

In the meantime Symbian and Linux-based smartphones are also being reflected by LG, but will just make them if they see that market response is encouraging.

Together with their plans for smartphones in 2009, LG has also announced its aims of producing these devices “million sellers.” Well, that should be straightforward, but only if LG doesn’t twist things up and gets it as it should be.
